We hear it from a lot of chefs. In my chocolate / sugar showpiece, Ineed to get height quickly. For this we offer our Artisan Silicone27 tapered spire mold. It is 2 wide at the baseand tapers down to 1 wide at the top. You can use this mold as a simpletower to build onto or twist the mold to make an unusual spiral shape. If youfill the mold only part way full, you can make long narrow bands that can bebent and shaped to your needs. The possibilities are endless.Made of food contact safesilicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 300 F/148 C.
