How to Use and Maintain* Iwachu Nabe for cooking with oil-- First use a strong Flame to heat a small amount of oil-- Wipe the oil away before cooking-- Put a small amount of oil after it is dry-- Spread the oil around it to form a thin film. -- Store in a dry place.
